Joel – Designer

I have, what some call, a designer disease. No matter how hard I try, design is always at the forefront of my thoughts. It infects every bit of me. There is no cure. Not that I would want it.

My friends laugh at my rants on the proper use of type. When my Dad asked me to help him choose colors for repainting the house, I gave him a list of Pantones™. I can’t count the number of times I’ve gone through a store analyzing the packaging of products I have no intention of buying. And nothing puts a smile on my face like a new design book.

Along side design, my life is made up of my faith, the love of my wife, my passion for music, the “occasional” night of video games, and way too much peanut butter.
