"It, life, is about foundation, goals and balance. My foundation is my precious wife and my amazing boys. They provide love, support, guidance, focus, humor and a totally different perspective on everything. Without foundation, nothing is obtainable. Goals feed the motivation to be the very best at everything you do. That for me is being a dad, a husband, a friend, a mentor, a leader and a human being. Without goals, I would be spinning my wheels. Balance is the most challenging one of all. Giving 100% to everybody, in everything I do and every time I do it, yet for me there is no other option.
